Qi Gong
Qi Gong is a system of coordinated body-posture and movement, breathing, and meditation to be useful for the purposes of health, spirituality, and martial arts training.
Qi Gong practice typically involves moving meditation, coordinating slow-flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and a calm meditative state of mind. The practice spans throughout China and worldwide for recreation, exercise, relaxation, preventive medicine, self-healing, alternative medicine, meditation and self-cultivation.
For me, this practice was so helpful in my healing journey. As a dancer and athlete, I have felt empowered to take my personal healing literally into my hands. I am honored to share more deeply with you.
I incorporate the practices and wisdom gained from my Qigong teachers that include meditation and other potent tools to calm and balance our nervous systems. We will align and boost our immune systems, deepen our grounding / connection to the earth, notice self regulation, increase our energy, enhance our brain function, and increase clarity, in essence, to feel stronger and healthier in our bodies.
